Birthday Book Tag – 17th birthday!

Birthday Book Tag – 17th birthday!

I am back! After months of absence, I am back. And yesterday, the 7th of May 2021, was my 17th birthday. It’s become a sort of tradition for me to do this Book Tag, so I decided this would make a splendid “I’m back” post! I didn’t want to make a whole post about what’s been going on and how I’ll be regularly posting now. Things have been weird the past couple of months, juggling school and finals and life in the pandemic. The point is I’m back, and I’ll be posting consistently. Let’s start the questions for this tag!

Count your birth date along your bookshelf and then subtract your birth month. What book does it land on?

Turtles All The Way Down by John Green. This is one of my all-time favorites! Also, whilst counting I noticed I’ve dropped a couple of books behind the shelf. I promise I’ll pick them up after writing!

Which character would you like to spend your birthday with?

I would spend it with Jude from The Cruel Prince. I am currently reading it, and I feel she would be a good person to show me around the Faerie land. (I feel like a lot of the answers in book tags are heavily influenced by my current read.)

Find a book that takes place in the season you were born in.

The Great Gatsby. The summer of 1922.

Find a book that is the colour of your birthstone.

Birthstone = emerald = green

One of the first book series I fell in love with. Percy Jackson and The Lightening Thief.

Is there a series with the same numbers of books as your age? If so what is it?

A book series with 17 books? I haven’t got a clue.

Pick a book set in a time period, a world or country you would like to have been born in.

The Lunar Chronicles. I cannot express how much I love this series.

So, that’s the end of the Birthday Book Tag. Just a quick update on how I plan to post now. I’m going to be posting on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. And I am really exicted to be back on here, I really missed it. Now, I’m off to catch up on the possibly thousands of posts I missed during my ‘hiatus’. (I’m also going to pick up those books, don’t worry!)

Until next time.
